NASA/GSFC has a requirement for the following software maintenance renewals: - PO1100M OrCad Capture(R) MAINTENANCE QTY. 12 - PO1110M ORCAD CAPTURE (R) CIS MAINTENANCE QTY. 2 - PO1320M PSPICE(R) A/D MAINTENANCE QTY. 4 - PO1520M ORCAD EE DESIGNER QTY. 6 - PO3030M ORCAD(R) PCB DESINGER QTY. 1 - P01520M ORCAD EE DESIGNER QTY. 1 - PO1520M ORCAD EE DESIGNER QTY. 1 - PO1520M ORCAD EE DESIGNER QTY. 1 - PO1520M ORCAD EE DESIGNER QTY. 1 - PO1520M ORCAD EE DESIGNER QTY. 1 NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from EMA Design Automation. EMA Design Automation is the only vendor who can provide the software renewal. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to Janicea McCree at 301-286-9159 or [email protected] not later than 4:30 p.m. east time on June 24, 2013. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
