The 375th Contracting Squadron intends to negotiate a sole source commercial purchase order with Scalable Network Technologies, Inc. 6701 Center Drive West #520, Los Angeles, CA 90045 for Line Item 001: QualNet Sequential Developer, 1 each, QualNet modules (QualNet Scenario Designer, Animator, Analyzer, Protocol Designer, Packet Tracer) + Source Code for Base Protocol Models. Line Item 002: MANET Library, ODMRP, FISHEYE, DSR, IARP, IERP, LANMAR, LAR, STAR, OLSR-Inria, ZRP, MACA, SWITCHED BEAM ANTENNA, STEERABLE ANTENNA, ITM, GMSK, FEC, Turbo Coding, USGS DEM, Group Mobility. Line Item 003: Annual maintenace & Tech Support, Annual maintenance includes technical support, software version updates, and maintenance of the software Technical support is provided 5 days a week by email or phone. New software version updates are provided twice per year. Any between version software fixes are provided as part of the maintenance agreement. The maintenance and technical support will take place at or near Scott AFB IL from 1 Oct 2005 – 30 Sep 2006. The sole source purchase will be awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
