The Air Mobility Command (AMC) Contracting Flight intends to purchase REFURBISHED Hewlett Packard/Agilent (HP/A) Model 8508 Digital Vector Voltmeters (VVM). The requirement is for: 2 each HP8508A Digital VVM; 2 each Military Standard Certification with Technical Data to support calibration. Warranty and return policy are required.
