Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic intends toaward a firm-fixed-price commercial item contract in accordance with FAR Part13 for the purchase of 4,000 seat licenses of Attachmate Reflections for Unixand Open VMS (OVMS) Windows Licenses (Part # 010-037342) and themaintenance and technical support subscription which includes Elite Support forthese licenses (Part # 010-037447). This capability is required for operatingsystems deployed at Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) around the world.Attachmate is proprietary software developed and owned by Attachmate, with alllicensing rights. As such, only authorized distributors can providemaintenanceand support of the Attachmate Reflection. The period of performance formaintenance and support will be from date of award through 30 September2009. A Firm-Fixed-Price contract is anticipated.
