Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt intends to acquire on a sole-source basis to ClientSoft Inc, 8323 Northwest 12 Street, Miami, FL 33126 for software maintenance/support for 10 Clientbuilder Teamwork Developers, 1000 Clientbuilder Teamwork Runtimes. This software is priority to ClientSoft, and there are no resellers that provide maintenance/support for this software. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00 p.m. EST, July 29, 2003. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required maintenance/support for the Clientbuilder products at terms more advantageous to the Government. Request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered affirmative responses. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to ClientSoft Inc..
