The US Air Force, IAW with FAR part 6.302-1(a)(2), intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Questionmark Corporation for annual support of its Perception courseware program. The delivery order will be for a base year commencing 1 Oct 2005, and 4 one-year options. Any firm capable of providing this service should contact this office prior to notice expiration
