This Sources Sought will be used for market research purposes only. The Government is conducting market research to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. The Government is seeking responses from businesses capable of providing the following equipment. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or a proposal or quotation in response to any solicitation that results subsequent to this sources sought notice, which shall be considered by the agency.

Seeking companies capable of providing brands with equal specifications to the following device. The mobile computing device must have the specifications of the MAC Mini, including but not limited to:
a. Must run the OS X Mavericks operating system (O/S).
b. Intel Core i5 processor, dual core, 2.5GHz, 3MB L3 cache.
c. HDD should be 500GB serial ATA drive at 5400rpm.
d. RAM should be 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 SDRAM, 2x4GB.
e. Must have a user's guide (English).
f. Warranty support should be comparable to AppleCare, 3yrs onsite, parts and labor.
g. Must include DisplayPort to VGA adapter.
h. Must include DisplayPort to DVI adapter.

Respondents shall provide a full description of the suggested computer's capability to meet the anticipated requirement. The anticipated NAICS is 334111 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 employees.

RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUGGESTED BRAND/MODEL. Responses due on August 25, 2014.
