(v) Provide a price for each of the following three CLINs. (vi) CLIN 0001: New, T2CSS PCI Board Product Software & Documentation with Extended one-year warranty, quantity 15 each. Only 3S Group, Inc. part number T2CSS will be considered; no equivalent model is acceptable. CLIN 0002: Annual maintenance of T2CSS for year two, quantity 15 each. CLIN 0003: Shipping and transportation, if applicable, quantity 1 lot. (vii) Delivery will be as follows: 7 each to Fort Detrick, MD 21702; 6 each to Manassas, VA 20110; 2 each to Indian Head, MD 20640-5035. FOB destination; acceptance at destination.
