Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) intends to acquire on a sole-source basis to TELOS, 19886 Ashburn Road, Ashburn, VA 20147 to support FISMA tracking and reporting enhancements using existing tools and provide mentoring on FISMA activities. TELOS is the software tool developer and primary support for the tools needed for TIGTA needs. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00 p.m. EST, March 17, 2008. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required batteries in terms more advantageous to the Government. Request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered affirmative responses. If no affirmative responses are received that clearly demonstrates their ability to meet all requirements and that is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to TELOS.
