Description: Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for annual renewal of Telos Software License and Support through Telos Corporation, 19886 Ashburn Road, Ashburn, VA 20147-2358. Telos Software Support is to be provided to United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), J6322, Offutt AFB, NE. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on installed software which is proprietary to Telos Corporation and its use is restricted in accordance with FAR clause 52.227-19(Commercial Computer Software?Restricted Rights (Jun 1987).
