The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office is requesting quotes for a quantity of 46 Telos One Plus One systems (P/N: 2001-00029). This is a brand name or equal requirement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be not be issued. This is a RFQ. Award will be made to the lowest technically acceptable offeror. If submitting a quote for an equivalent item, vendors must submit sufficient information to allow for a technical evaluation. Lack of information will deem your quote unacceptable. The provisions of 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies this acquisition. FAR Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 apply to this acquisition. This purchase is being made for DISA and delivery will be required to Arlington, VA. Quotes must include all shipping costs. This award will be made via Government Credit Card and your quote must be priced appropriately. If you do not accept credit card, you will be required to use Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoicing procedures.
