Hewlett Packard is the manufacturer of the items and the only source of these items. Items equal to or superior in all respects, and that are compatible with Hewlett Packard systems already in place and being used, may be competitively quoted. The following FAR provisions are hereby incorporated: 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items. Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized.
