The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to SIRSI Corporation on other than full and open competitive basis a maintenance contract for Unicorn Software, Model III and Optional Extended Services. Contract coverage includes the following: Bibliographic and Inventory Control, Circulation Control; Enhanced Public Access with Bulletin Board and Dial-Up, Multi-User Gateway; Enhanced Researchers? Access, Intelligent Interface DROLS; Authority Control; MARC Import/Export Utility; Serials Control; Workstation User license (12); and Single 3M Checkout Interface; Web CAT World Wide Reference; 1-4 Simultaneous Users BRS Search Engine; and Optional Extended Maintenance Service. Additional specifications will appear in the RFQ. Sole source is based proprietary to SIRSI Corporation. (Microsoft IE Required) See Note(s) 22. Vendors who feel that they can provide the above equipment shall fully identify their interest and submit their capabilities to meet the above requirements within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. Responses received after 15 days or without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis and not be considered.
