Western Area Power Administration, Sierra Nevada Region intends to issue a contract on a sole-source basis to Uptime Software Inc., 555 Richmond St. W., Toronto, Ontario, Canada M5V 3B10 under the authority of FAR 13.106(1)(b) to increase the number of existing Uptime licenses. The increase in licenses is a follow-on to the initial purchase of the Uptime Software bundle and Uptime Software is the author and only provider of the additional licenses. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible sources may provide a proposal.
