The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Atlantic (SSC-LANT), on behalfof the Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO) for Joint Tactical Radio System(JTRS) Network Enterprise Domain (NED), has a requirement to provideSoftware In-Service Support (SwISS) for maintenance, upgrades, andenhancements to the Wideband Networking Waveform (WNW) waveformsoftware. This procurement will include development for softwareenhancements and software maintenance/upgrades; in addition to technicalsupport for testing, porting, and independent verification and validationsupport. SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic intends to issue a full and open competitivesolicitation. An indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) cost plusfixed fee(CPFF) and cost plus incentive fee (CPIF) type contract is anticipated with anordering period of five (5) years.
