The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia, intends to solicit on a sole source basis with CostControl USA LLC to perform annual maintenance for OPNAV N432’s CostPerform cost and performance management software. The Navy intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Price type order with an anticipated one year Period of Performance with four, one year option periods. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with CostControl USA LLC, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. CostControl USA is the OEM of the CostPerform software. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 511210. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 30 November 2015. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
