THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, INVITATION FOR BID OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.

The 377 MSG/PKC intends to award a firm fixed price commercial services contract with only one source, Dell Federal Systems L.P., CAGE Code: 3XAU1, UEI: N1C5QLNPJLS4 in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) for the procurement of performing a comprehensive assessment of the DMOC’s 1st Floor Battlespace and Computer Room electrical infrastructure with a view towards increasing overall power capacity to a 60A standard necessary to support all of the DMOC’s new three-phase 208V/60A IT systems.

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals.

A solicitation package will NOT be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required in the Statement of Work documents which are attached. The Government will not reimburse any cost incurred for the information received from offerors. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services, not to exceed 3-pages. Responses submitted in person, fax or communicated by telephone are not acceptable and will not be considered. 

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no favorable responses are received by the date mentioned, a contract will be negotiated with the above-named source.
