**Amendment 3 - The purpose of amendment 3 is to provide further details regarding cove base in Statement of Work and attach document "Q and A to Solicitation". The offerors shall look into attached "Attach 1 - SOW - DMOC Carpet Replacement Addendum 3" for further details regarding the cove base.

**Amendment 2 - The purpose of amendment 2 is to amend combined synopsis/solicitation to include carpet choices, provide a second site visit on 14 December 20 (1200 MST), afford another date (15 Dec 2020) for any additional or other questions, add further details regarding site visits, requiring performance and payment bond as well as bid guarantee clause, and incorporate Addendum No. 2 to Statement of Work. The offerors shall look into attached "Combined Synopsis Solicitation Amendment 2" and "Attach 1 - SOW - DMOC Carpet Replacement Addendum 2" for further details regarding each change. The response due date remains unchanged, quotes are due on 23 December 2020.

**Amendment 1 - The purpose of amendment 1 is to extend response due date to 23 December 2020; amend combined synopsis/solicitation to mandate USAF Carpet Program application; and to incorporate Addendum No. 1 to Statement of Work (SOW).  An amendment 2 is forthcoming to identify the carpet selection and adhesives. Site visit is still scheduled for 03 Dec 2020. New Attachments: "Combined Synopsis Solicitation Amendment 1" and "Attach 1 - SOW - DMOC Carpet Replacement Addendum 1."

The Air Force has a requirement for removal of carpet and installation of matching cove base
along with new carpet tiles in building 942 (2nd Floor) for the 705th Combat Training Squadron
(CTS), at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico.
