•1.       SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR MULTI-SOURCE CORRELATOR TRACKER (MSCT) AND TACTICAL DISPLAY FRAMEWORK (TDF) LICENSE FOR THE 705 CTS BATTLESPACE (BRAND NAME)

•A.     INTRODUCTION

•1.       This is a Sources Sought synopsis being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 10, Market Research. This is for planning purposes only and there is no solicitation available at this time.

•2.       This is an initial step in the planning process for the delivery of a MSCT AND TDF. The Government is contemplating award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

•3.       The 377 MSG/Contracting Division at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, seeks potential sources to provide one (1) brand name or equal to MSCT 5.0 Right to Use License - including up to three (3) MSCT Display 5.0 Perpetual Right to Use Licenses, Product ID # 0103006 and (8) MSCT Display 5.0 Perpetual Right to Use Licenses, MSCT Display extends TDF basic capabilities to support Command and Control functionality.  1-9 Licenses (per license) Part # 0103008. to include FOB-Destination shipping to Kirtland AFB, NM 87117.

•4.       Delivery Date: Period of Performance will begin with the contract obligation and will continue until services or products are delivered.

•5.       The North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 511210, Software Publishers which has a size standard of $38.500,000.

•B.      INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS:

•1.       All businesses capable of providing this product are invited to respond. Any information provided to the Government as a result of this sources sought synopsis is voluntary and the Government will not pay for any information submitted. Respondents are requested to submit capability packages electronically, as described below.
