Notice of Intent for Award:  The 377 MSG/ Contracting Division Kirtland AFB, NM intend to award a sole source purchase order to Solipsys Corporation dba Raytheon Solipsys. for the purchase of the continuation support/maintenance agreement for the Battlefield Operations Support System (BOSS).

Solipsys Corporation dba Raytheon Solipsys is the sole manufacturer of the Multi Source Correlator Tracker (MSCT) and Multi Source Correlator Tracker (MSCT) Display Software for development, manufacture and supportability.  In addition Solipsys Corporation dba Raytheon Solipsys owns all of the associated intellecutal property rights.
