SEEKS OFFICE SPACE IN MARIANNA, FL
Requirement:
The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 7,096 rentable square feet and 6,171 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Marianna, FL.. Street-level contiguous space is preferred, however upper-floor space that has handicapped accessible elevator service to the government office floor is an acceptable alternative.
Location:
First consideration will be given to space in the Central Business District (CBD) of Marianna, FL. If no suitable space can be found in the CBD, the following applies:
North: Kelson Avenue
South: I-10
East: From Kelson Ave, take Noland St South, then travel East on US 90 to FL-71, then South to I-10.
West: From I-10, FL-276/Pennsylvania Ave North, then East on US 90 to Milton Ave, then North on Milton Ave to Kelson Avenue.
Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
Parking facilities (minimum 40 spaces) shall be available at no-cost, or at reasonable commercial rates, for visitors and employees within a two-block radius of the office. If on-site parking is provided, it must include handicapped parking with lighting sufficient for security purposes. If on-site parking is not available, parking for the disabled must be located within the same block as the space offered.
The space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 1, 2011 or sooner.
Lease Term:
Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years.
