NON-PERSONAL SERVICES:DESCRIPTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-06-T-5003, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 2542. The Federal Service Code is 7110. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 140th Civil Engineering Squadron, Colorado Air National Guard, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011 is requesting te service to dissasemble and relocate two (2) 15 ft Remstar file from one building to another, both located on Buckley AFB, and re-assemble Remstars. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUPPLY ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, TRANSPORTATION AND SUPERVISION NECESSARY IN ORDER TO COMPLETE TASK.
