This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W9127Q-09-T-0022 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. This acquisition is set aside for Small Business. The following items are intended to be purchased for the Government:

Line item 1: 1 each Accordian Style Partition 25ft w x 10ft 6in h w/ surface track, 55in depth per pair, vinyl finish, STC rating: 38, Crating, aprox 827 lbs per pair

Line item 2: 3 each Accordian Style Partition 23ft 4in w x 10ft 6in h w/ surface track, 53in stack depth per pair, vinyl finish, STC rating: 38, Crating, aprox 772 lbs per pair

Line item 3: 5 each Accordian Style Partition 27ft 10in w x 9ft 3in h w/ surface track, 53in stack depth per pair, vinyl finish, STC rating: 38, Crating, aprox 772 lbs per pair .

Line item 4: 1 each Accordian Style Partition 24ft 8in w x 11ft 4in h/ with load bearing tract on ceiling, vinyl finish, STC rating 38, Crating. Needs load bearing tract on ceiling because ceiling is a drop down acoustic tile ceiling.

Line item 5: Installation for the above partitions at site named below. Installation by the provider of the partitions is requested.

Lift gate delivery is being requested.
