This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, reference number W52P1J-14-Q-AG16, incorporates the provisions and clauses in Attachment 0002 -Provisions and Clauses. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island hereby requests a firm fixed price quote for recliners, in accordance with Attachment 0001. Offerors shall identify how they meet all the requirements listed in this combined synopsis/solicitation, to include Attachment 0001, 0002, and 0003. The Government intends to award a standalone contract without opening discussions, but reserves the right to conduct discussions should the contracting officer deem them necessary.
