Fourth Floor Oncology Recliners
This project will provide new recliners for the Building - 1, John Cochran facility, 915 N. Grand Blvd. St. Louis, MO 63106
Furniture Required quick ship / recliner ready program or equal. Purchase order received before 4 pm EST, the order is shipped the following business day.

All Recliners shall be new, unused, produced from current production components, and shall be delivered to installation site ready for use. The contractor will remove the old recliners to Building 6 Interior Design Storage for final disposition.

Delivery and Installation:
All shipping, handling and installation charges shall be paid by the contractor. No product will be drop shipped to the VA facility. All items will be received and stored by the contractor until a single installation for all products can be achieved. There is a loading dock at the John Cochran facility. The contractor will provide personnel to move the furnishings to installation site. Contractor will deliver the new recliner ready for immediate use. Once in position the contractor will remove the old recliner and deliver to JC Building 6 ID Storage for final disposition. Responsibility for loss or damage to the product shall remain with the contractor until final inspection and acceptance by the VA. The contractor will be responsible for removing all packaging, card board and related installation debris from the building. It is the contractor s responsibility to dispose of this debris off station.
Performance of Work on Government Premises:
Current rules and regulations applicable to the premises where the work will be performed shall apply to the contractor and its employees while working on the premised. These regulations include but are not limited to: presenting valid identification for entrance, smoking restriction and any safety procedures as outlined in the site regulations.
