DESCRIPTION: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO Fidelis Sustainability Distribution The NY Harbor VA Healthcare- Manhattan is currently seeking to purchase The Getinge Maquet Magnus Hybrid OR Table System for its HYBRID OR Facility under the terms of a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
Market research was conducted and determined that Fidelis Sustainability Distribution is the only vendor capable of providing supplies necessary that meet the requirements off the Manhattan VAMC Hybrid Operating Room for a Getinge Maquet Magnus Floor Mounted Hybrid OR Interchangeable top Surgical Tables. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government All items are manufactured exclusively by Getinge Maquet Corporation and are distributed solely by Fidelis Sustainability Distribution.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for Proposals or Quotations. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the government is available. The government may consider all Expressions of Interest received prior to April 20th, 2021. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this notice must be emailed to
