This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The attached solicitation M00681-12-T-0135 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as a total Small Business Set Aside. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement, current to DPN 20120724. All responses to this RFQ are due by 07 September 2012, 10:00 am PST. Late offers/ responses will not be considered. The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Quoters responding to this announcement must provide the information contained in 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications–Commercial Items with their quotation.
