1. The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Plantscape Inc., Liberty Ave and 31st Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201 for Holiday Decorations, installation and storage therof. These Holiday Decorations will be utilized at the University Drive and Aspinwall facilities to enhance the Holiday Season for our Veterans this year. A delivery schedule will need to be coordinated and delivered NLT December 18th, 2013. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Vendors who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide this equipment as described above must notify this Contracting Officer at [email protected] or by telephone, 412-822-3755 NLT July 25, 2013 at Noon EST. Upon receipt of the interested parties' notification, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations.
