This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F2E3CE8036A002, is being issued as a Request for Quotatation. This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, the award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government. Delivery shall be 30 days ARO. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-19. This acquisition is to be 100% set aside and awarded to Small Business. The NAICS code 423620 with a small business size standard of 100. The requirement is for: CLIN 001- Toshiba 23?
