TITLE: Concessionaire Contract for the Operation and Management of Seaside Inn Restaurant, Okinawa, Japan DESCRIPTION: SYNOPSIS: This is a Synopsis to determine the capability and availability of commercial employee / food service sources for the full operation and management of a seafood restaurant located at Seaside Inn Restaurant, Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan. The 18th Contracting Squadron intends to award a concessionaire contract for these services. A solicitation has not been issued and proposals or quotations are not being requested. The 18th SVS NAF is anticipating awarding a one year concessionaire contract, with 9 years option, not to exceed a total contract period of 10 years.
