ACA, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Lewis, Washington is soliciting for proposals to award a firm fixed price requirements type contract to provide all resources and personnel, except those specified as Government Furnished Property and services, t o perform either Full Food Services or Prepared Meal Services at Yakima Training Center, Yakima, Washington. Only one schedule will be awarded, either full food service or prepared meals. Contract period consists of Base Period (3 January 2006 - 30 April 2006) and two four month option periods. The proposed procurement is a 100% total small business set aside however, the solicitation is subject to the Randolph-Sheppard Act (20 USC 107 et.seq.). The Washington State Licensing Agency (SLA) will also be per mitted to submit a proposal in accordance with 34 CFR 395.33(b). The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is W911S8-06-R-0002. The applicable NAICS code is 722310 and the small business size standard is $17.5 Million. Estimated quantities for Full Food Servic es under Schedule A are as follows: 3 Regular Meals Weekdays, approximately 127 days; 2 Meals Any Day, approximately 3 days; 1 Meal Any Day, approximately 1 day; 3 Meals Weekend/Holiday, approximately 1 day; Additional half hour Operation, approximately 24 0 hours; Less than half hour operations, approximately 120 hours per facility. Estimated quantities for Prepared Meal Services under Schedule B are as follows: Breakfast/Mermited-Breakfast, approximately 18,088; Lunch/Mermited-Lunch, approximately 18,088; Dinner/Mermited-Dinner, approximately 18,088; and Warming Beverages, approximately 18,088.
