This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested, attadchments to this announcement are included for completion. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This request is for a concessionaire contract for an Oriental Restaurant located at Wright Patterson AFB (Dayton, OH), Area A, Building 262. This is a one-year requirement with four, one-year options (total contract duration is 5 years). The attachments include a cover letter, the Statement of Work (with appendices B and C), the concession agreement (to complete and return), Instructions to Offerors, Evlauation of Offers, Special Provisions, General Provisioins, Representatives and Certifications (to complete and return), and a Performance Questionnaire (to complete and return). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06.The offeror shall return a copy of FAR 52.212-3 (Representations and Certifications).
