The salient physical, functional and performance characteristics will be specified in the solicitation and are as follows: 100 gallon stainless steel, full jacketed, 316 s/s interior, direct steam Kettle code constructed for 25 psa. Solid one piece welded construction Heavy duty reinforced bar rim, mounted on stainless steel pedestal base with flanged floor mount, 2? tangent drawoff Standard with #51 spring actuated cover The steam trap assembly will be ordered as an option.
