The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) intends to issue a sole source contract to Samma Systems LLC, 450 West 31st Street, Fourth Floor, New York, NY, 10001, for a SAMMA Solo/Lite and SAMMA-Sync digital video ingestion workstation for converting digital video to Motion JPEG2000 encoding with a time-base-corrector (TBC) used to improve the quality of digitization of old video recordings. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The Government anticipates issuing the award on or about July 1, 2007.
