Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-76 (25 August 2014). The Solicitation number for this requirement is W91CRB-0010565003.

The Government contemplates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. This procurement shall be conducted using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. Aside from the Velcro Hook Tape (which is a brand-name or equivilant, with specifications detailed in the requisite line items above), these items are a brand name only requirement, in accordance with FAR 52.211-6.

This RFQ does not commit the Government to purchase the supplies detailed above. Do not consider this request authorization to commence delivery. Offerors are responsible for any and all costs associated with this request.
