Special Notice: (N6311615RC50125) NAVSUPFLC San Diego, intend to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 to Life Technologies Corporation, 5791 Van Allen Way, Carlsbad, CA 92008-7321. The proposed contract action is for Maintenance of 7500 Fast Dx Instruments. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b).
