DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ITEMS TO BE ACQUIRED ARE AS FOLLOWS: One (1) year renewal of subscription service that provides online access to AIAA's electronic full text meeting papers/database covering a wide range of topics in the scientific and technical area applicable to the Redstone Arsenal Community. The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Only AIAA, Cage Code 1CYY2, is capable of responding to the agency's requirements due to the unique or specialized nature of the work. This is a proprietary, copyrighted material available only from this publisher. No other source can fill the existing requirement.
