The Department of Defense Education Activity?s (DoDEA) Education Division intends to award on a competitive basis, one contract for the grade 7-12 textbooks and up to two contracts for AP English Language and Composition and AP English Literature and Composition to provide students with knowledge and skills in 7-12 English Language Arts (ELA), including Advanced Placement (AP) English Literature and Composition and Advanced English Placement Language and Composition courses. The Solicitation Number is HE1254-08-R-0001 and is issued as an unrestricted Request for Proposal (RFP). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-19 & Class Deviation 2005-o0001 and DCN 20070828. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is a Federal Government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualifies for academic/educational pricing. DoDEA supports military dependent schools both stateside and overseas. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. Interested businesses may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a proposal. Offerors shall submit their offers in accordance with the submission instructions contained in the solicitation by 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), Tuesday, October 9, 2007. Only proposals received within the response timeframe will be considered by the government.
