The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award on a Sole Source basis with R S Means company, Inc for (20) CD's and (20) Books for Headquarters 99th RSC/DPW Fort Dix, NJ. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the bases of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document and request for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within three (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 511130 with a 500 size standard of employees.
