The Orlando VA Medical Center, 5201 Raymond Street Orlando Fl, 32825 intends to negotiate a sole source with Krames StayWell, LLC 780 Township Line Road Yardley, PA, 19067-4200 for Krames On-line Patient Education Library Suite. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the use of this product for one base year. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedure and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-47, January 12, 2011. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
