The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Amera-Chem, Inc. for Pharmaceutical identification pamphlets that supply state and local law enforcement officers with the various state regulatory boards of
of medicine, nursing, pharmacy, dentistry, ETC., and other first responders with a readily accessible pamphlet with the ability to identify controlled substances of legitimate origin in dosage unit form. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one reasponsible source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) "Soliciting from a single source." The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price purchase order. This notice is not a request for competitive quotation. The determination to open compentition is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquires will be accepted.
