The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to negotiate, on a competitive basis, a contract for Grades 7 and 8 Music Curriculum Instruction Materials and support servicesThe attached Solicitation Number HE1254-05-R-0015 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation is for commercial services and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is a federal government agency, tax exempt, an education activity and qualifies for academic/educational pricing. All Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the attached solicitation and received at: Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), Procurement Division, ATTN: Peter Kho, 4th Floor, 4040 N. Fairfax Drive, Arlington, Virginia 22203-1635, not later than 2:00 p.m., EST. No information concerning this solicitation or requests for clarification will be provided in response to telephone calls. Inquiries will be answered and provided to all potential offerors via email and amendment to the solicitation. No inquiries will be considered if received more than twenty (20) calendar days after the release of this notice. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all of its supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.eps.gov.
