CFTC intends to award a sole source contract to Elsevier B.V., Radarweg 29, 1043 NX Amsterdam, The Netherlands, for a license agreement that grants CFTC access to the ScienceDirect online service. This service provides access to electronically searchable and retrievable content including scientific and other scholarly journals and books and related information products and services, published by Elsevier and its affiliates and other publishers under license.
