This subscription is the world's largest and most comprehensive collection of chemical information that is proprietary. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
