The purposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit with only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and using FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Department of Defense Education Activity currently uses Glencoe McGraw-Hill student texts to teach Business Law, Management International Business and Marketing Entrepreneurship. DoDEA intends to award a Sole Source contract to McGraw-Hill Education for the purchase of Business Law, Management International Business and Marketing Entrepreneurship teacher editions and supplementary instructional materials. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. Required delivery date is 27 September 2007.
