The Patent and Trademark Office intends to issue a Delivery Order against an existing Library of Congress Basic Ordering Agreement with THE DIALOG INFORMATION through an interagency agreement for the continued use and access of their database by the Patent and Trademark Office, Arlington, VA. These services will continue through 30 September 2004. This requirement is for continued access to THE DIALOG CORPORATION databases. No solicitation document exists and no award will be made.
