This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25 (May 22, 2008). This synopsis/solicitation is set aside 100% for Small businesses under NAICS 334310. Size standard is 500 employees. Non-manufacturer rule does not apply.
