This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is W9124C-15-R-2063 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-82. This requirement is a total 100% small business set aside.

This is a brand name or equal requirement for miscellaneous Wind and Percussion Musical Instruments for the 81ST Regional Support Command 100th, 208th, and 313th Army Bands. This is an all or none requirement. There are no loading docks at the facilities that will be receiving the following musical instruments:
