This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award to a sole source to the following: Audio Analysts Inc. for the following items: 1 each In-Ear Monitor System to include the following specifications: 2 each Furman PM-PRO Power Conditioner; 1 each Crest XRM Rack Mount Monitor Console; 7 each Shure PSM 700 Wireless Personnel Monitor System; 7 each DBX IEM Processor; 7 each Westone Custom ES-2 Ear Molds; 1 each Presonus ACP88 8-channel Compressor/Gate; 1 Shure PA821 Antenna Combiner/Amplifier; 1 each Professional Wireless Systems Helically Polarized Antenna; 1 each Cabling for mixer to IEM Processors-CLR/F (x12) to XLR/M (x12) approximately 5’; 1 each cabling for IEM Processors to Transmitters-XLR/F (x12) to XLR/M (x12) approximately 5’; 2 each ‘Y’ Insert Cables for Compressors (8 ¼ ” TRS to 16 ¼” TS); 1 each 25’ Coaxial extension cable; 1 each 10’ 24-channel snake CLR/M pigtails to XLR/F box; 1 each 25’ 24-channel snake XLR/F pigtails to XLR/M pigtails; 1 each Anvil or comparable quality shock mounted mixer flight case on casters with mixer (10 rack spaces) top-loaded and remaining gear (14 rack spaces) front-loaded, removable front, top, and back lids. Delivery will be within 45 days after date of award of contract. All terms and conditions required by the Contracting Officer at their discretion and direction are applicable. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
