The Colorado National Guard will be awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33 Effective on June 15, 2009. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARS) can be accessed on the internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/.

The Colorado Army National Guard is looking for a small business to provide 6 pairs of Rossignol X-IUM Skating WCS NIS Cross Country Skate Racing Skis and 6 pairs of Rossignol NNN X-Cellerator Skating Bindings for the Colorado State Biathlon Team. The delivery location will be Golden, CO. The specific requirements are addressed in the Statement of Work. Include a delivery timeframe with your quote. Include warranty information with your quote. An award will be made based on lowest price technically acceptable. Delivery will be at Golden, CO. This will be a 100% small business set aside.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 451110 and the small business standard is $14.0 mil. This solicitation will end on January 7, 2014 at 1000 MST. Quotes received after this time will not be accepted. The government will review each contractor's capability to determine which contractor is best suited to meet the Government's needs.
